How to validate movements
Any new movement of stock registered in the system needs to be validated. To find the movements and approve or disapprove them follow the following steps:
Select the menu option Warehouses
Click in the warehouse you want to manage
Inside the Warehouse menu options (top of the screen) select Movements
You will see all the validated and not validated movements of the warehouse. Click on any that is still with the status NOT_VALIDATED and select Proceed to Validation or Cancel this movement
